- Responsible for the seventeen members of the children’s cast in addition to performing in the show.
- Trained replacement cast members, a total of sixty-eight children and forty-three adults.
- Maintained the show’s choreography and staging, delivered notes and made necessary adjustments on a daily basis, led brush up and put-in rehearsals.
- Developed a specialized warm-up for the children before every performance, practiced unique focus games, choreographed and presented personalized dances, encouraged and nurtured the children’s unique creativity, acted as a mentor to the children.
- Attended creative team meetings, assisted in casting, prepared the children for television and press performances such as The Tony Awards, The View, Good Morning America.

- Junior Broadway Class: A six-week class for ages six to eight.
- Focused on the core elements of musical theatre performance. Taught popular Broadway songs, specially arranged music for the age group and choreographed them for a recital presentation.
- Led theatre games of improvisation, character development, focus and teamwork.
- Taught, developed and applied the fundamentals of basic stage direction.

- Junior Pre-Professional Series: Musical Theatre Audition Technique: Six-week class for students ages six to sixteen.
- Focused on building an audition book with both sixteen and thirty-two bar cuts of classic and contemporary musical theatre as well as pop songs, all for audition purposes.
- Led the students in preparing two audition cuts for the end-of-course industry showcase.
- Taught proper audition technique and etiquette, the unwritten “rules of the room” and how to effectively perform the cut of music though acting and vocal technique.
- Hosted industry presentation so the students could perform for professional representation.
